We include a variety of cuts, from ribeye steaks to rich ground beef, all of which are perfect for any occasion. Whether you're cooking up a meal for your family or tailgating with friends.

You can choose from three sizes.

  • Quarter Cow is 100 to 120 lbs (approximately half of a 5 cu.ft. chest freezer)

  • Half Cow is 200 to 240 lbs (approximately a 5 cu. ft. chest freezer)

  • Full Cow is 400 to 480 lbs (approximately 10 cu ft. freezer)

After grazing on pasture, our grain-finished cattle enjoy a 90-day finishing process where we feed daily from locally-sourced grains. The best part? Our cows still get to roam around on pasture during this time, which sets us apart from other grain-finished beef that's cooped up in a feedlot. The grains add a bit of fat to the beef, which gives it an extra rich and full flavor that's seriously mouthwatering. You won't find beef like this anywhere else!

Meet the Farmer

Jack Manifold, the farmer behind Seven Branches Farm, has long dreamt of raising grass-fed beef. With a degree from Auburn University in Animal and Dairy Science, Jack has been involved in the beef industry in various aspects since graduation in 1983.

He has dedicated years towards building a heard of cattle that align with his high standards for beef production. Jack's love for the land, animals, and nature is what drives him. Daily you will see Jack at the farm walking among the cattle, hand feeding, talking and actually knowing the herd and giving the cattle great attention.

Seven Branches, Camp Hill, Alabama is where his herd of Angus cattle graze freely on lush, nutrient-rich pastures, providing top-quality, grass-fed beef.
