After grazing on pasture, our grain-finished cattle enjoy a 90-day finishing process where we feed daily from locally-sourced grains. The best part? Our cows still get to roam around on pasture during this time, which sets us apart from other grain-finished beef that's cooped up in a feedlot. The grains add a bit of fat to the beef, which gives it an extra rich and full flavor that's seriously mouthwatering. You won't find beef like this anywhere else!

You can choose from three sizes:
Quarter Cow is 100 to 120 lbs (approximately half of a 3.5 cu.ft. chest freezer)
Half Cow is 200 to 240 lbs (approximately 3.5 cu.ft. chest freezer)
Full Cow is 400 to 480 lbs (approximately 7 cu. ft. freezer)
